Health

A combination of feeling well physically, socially, and mentally/emotionally.

Physical Health

The condition of your body.

Social Health

The way you relate to other people, including friends and family.

Mental/Emotional Health

Includes your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Resilient

The ability to withstand or recover from experiences quickly.

Productive

Achieving desired goals or tasks in an appropriate amount of time.

Phobia

An exaggerated or unrealistic fear of something.

Depression

The emotion of feeling sad.

Tolerance

The ability to endure something, especially if this includes the opinions or behavior of someone who you may not agree with.

Stress

A physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation.

Stressors

Objects, people, places, and events that trigger stress.

Decision

A choice you make

Mature

Having complete natural growth and development; having attained a desired or final state.

Emotions

Feelings that we experience such as happiness, sadness, or anger.

Emotional Maturity

The state of having grown and developed enough that one is able to control one's emotions.

Developmental Assets

The good things youth need in their lives and in themselves.

Gratification

A source of satisfaction or pleasure.
